This role will primarily based at our Sevenoaks dealership with two days a week working from our Colchester dealership - business miles from your home address to Colchester will be paid for.

**A bit about the role**:

- Take responsibility for the efficient handling of all sales enquiries made by telephone, in person or across digital channels.
- Offer our customers a bespoke sales experience from the point of initial enquiry through effective communication on their preferred method of contact.
- Build rapport with customers while using strong interpersonal skills to gain a thorough understanding of their vehicle wants and needs.
- Use in-depth knowledge of the INEOS Grenadier to offer expert, tailored advice to customers on the different derivatives and products available.
- Once customer’s wants and needs are fully understood, successfully take on the role of intermediary between the customer and the Product Expert to arrange the initial appointment at the dealership.

**What you will bring**:

- Excellent communication skills and an understanding of how to build rapport and relationships with customers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under own direction, and with experience of managing customer enquiries within an agreed SLA.
- Highly IT literate with an interest in working with new, innovative technology.
- An interest in 4x4/offroad activities would be desirable
