**The Role
** You will provide outstanding customer service and deliver a friendly, professional service to all B2C & B2B customers
- Taking all inbound calls for order processing
- Dealing with general enquiries from customers
- Identify needs and process the clients requirements using a bespoke in-house system
- Dealing with pre
- and after sales queries
- Working towards objectives to achieve individual and team KPI's and in turn you will be recognised and rewarded for going the extra mile.
- Handle all administrative duties relating to your new customer service role, including maintaining and updating the CRM system.
**YOU
** Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a customer focused environment and our client will look at Contact Centre, Retail and Hospitality experience
- Be able to work with autonomy and demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit
- Customer satisfaction focused, process and results driven
- Have excellent listening skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers
- Fluent knowledge of English ( both verbal and written )
