Finance and Admin Operations Clerk

**General purpose**
To support the Warehouse and Transport Department on administration tasks and support finance on analysis of performance. To be point of contact for goods inwards booking system.
**Main job tasks, duties and responsibilities**
- Arranging booking in system for goods inwards department, confirming dates, times and arranging documentation for the goods inwards team
- Liaising with buyers and suppliers in relation to late deliveries and no shows
- Producing KPI’s for goods inwards department
- Recording and tracking maintenance and repair costs for vehicles
- Compiling fuel KPIs weekly including fuel usage by vehicle
- Compiling weekly transport information KPI’s
- Carrying out daily driver debriefs (including agency drivers) and recording KPI’s on debriefs
- Checking Epod system for end of day checks, delivery discrepancies and returned stock
- Checking agency driver invoices for correctness and completeness and recording info on spreadsheets
- Checking and correcting short-dated stock listing (correcting dates and investigating nil stock where necessary)
- Liaising on daily warehouse box count check, correcting stock as necessary and checking discrepancies
- Compiling daily spreadsheet on goods being returned to depot
- Maintaining list of company fleet, both purchased and leased and reconciling against fleet charges
- General administration for Finance and Operations Departments
**Qualification and skills**
Good organisational and communication skills. PC literate with the good ability on excel. Good telephone manner. Ability to work to deadlines. Some finance experience desirable.
