**Front of House Treatment Co-ordinator/Dental Receptionist**

The overall role is to manage the patient journey in a proactive way in line with our brand values and to help to drive and grow the business.

**Responsibilities include**:

- To gain a good working knowledge of all of our services including packages, prices and explain treatment plans to our patients
- To guide and support patients through their treatment journey at the practice
- To assist dentists with preparing and communicating treatment plans to patients
- To help to develop and grow the business
- To understand and research competitors offerings and advise the business of any changes on a regular basis
- To help the practice to develop an implant referral service
- To be an initial contact and triage service for implant and Invisalign patients
- To undertake and monitor marketing and advertising activities
- To arrange and administer patient finance
- To monitor and manage dental plan patients
- To manage the recall and lapsed patient processes
- To carefully record and monitor patient leads
- To keep full and accurate patient records and ensure that they are regularly updated and stored securely
- To oversee patient appointments and clinical diaries to maximise opportunity
- To manage patient payments, cashing up and simple accounting/bookkeeping
**Are you the person we are looking for?**
- Dental reception/treatment co-ordinator experience is essential
- Track record of achieving sales targets, KPIs and business plans
- Self motivated
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and telephone manner
- Proactive customer liaison or sales experience ideal
- Flexible approach to work with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A good grasp of the Microsoft suite and quick to pick up new software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Diary Management system)
- You will be such an important part of the team that only those who consider themselves to be dynamic, team players with a successful track record of delivering customer service excellence should apply
- Position is 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
- Pay dependant on skills and experience
