Job Introduction

As a Clinical Lead your days will be rewarding and diverse, working within a team of nurses and consultants you will be a proactive member of the team whose skills will ensure safe, quality and innovative services are being provided in an efficient and systematic manner. As a Clinical Lead you will also provide clinical and professional advice to HCRG Care Group regarding aspects of existing dermatology services, new developments within those services, and new projects in dermatology.

Main Responsibilities

We can offer full, part time and flexible hours to suit your needs.

Applicants will have previous experience working as a Clinical Lead with strong people management & leadership skills along with a clinical background working in Dermatology. Applicants must possess MRCP or equivalent, be fully registered with the GMC and hold a licence to practice. Applicants must have entry on the GMC Specialist Register for Dermatology or be within 6 months of obtaining their CCT at time of interview.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of clinical experience and competence in the management of all aspects of Dermatological conditions. We are also keen to attract people who have an interest in developing and supporting other staff through the Specialist Doctor Development Programme.
