Our state-of-the-art unit offers comprehensive care for sick newborns, featuring:
9 Intensive Care Cots
9 High Dependency Cots
19 Special Care Cots
4 Transitional Care Cots
We’re proud to provide specialised services such as Neonatal Outreach, an integrated Allied Health Professional (AHP) team—including a dedicated psychologist—to support families and staff alike. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our pursuit of UNICEF Baby Friendly Accreditation for outstanding infant feeding support and parent-infant bonding, as well as FiCare accreditation —a testament to our partnership-centred approach. We utilise advanced therapies like Nitric Oxide and Therapeutic Cooling to ensure the best outcomes for our most vulnerable babies.

**Your role will involve**:
Providing expert guidance on the identification, assessment, treatment, and management of neonates
Supporting and mentoring our talented Neonatal Nurses and Midwives in their training and professional growth
Driving continuous improvement in educational standards through clinical audits, evidence-based practice, and innovative teaching
Leading by example, inspiring colleagues with skilled professional leadership and a commitment to excellence
