What You'll Do: Provide expert endocrine care via nurse‑led clinics, treatment planning, and inpatient support, ensuring personalized, compassionate care Act as the key worker for complex endocrine patients—delivering tailored education, support, and guidance Lead endocrine testing, interpret results, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to optimise outcomes Develop and enhance endocrine services, supervise and mentor junior staff and students Deliver specialist education to patients, carers, and professionals, empowering them with knowledge Communicate sensitively with patients and families, supporting informed decisions and building trust Maintain accurate records, lead audits, and support quality improvement initiatives Promote evidence‑based practice, participate in governance, and manage resources effectively Drive continuous learning and innovation to keep our endocrine services at the forefront of excellence Why Join Us?
