As a **Customer Service & Sales Advisor**, you’ll:
- **Drive sales** by creating compelling insurance quotes and offering tailored solutions.
- Spot opportunities to **upsell and cross-sell** additional products that benefit customers.

- Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
