The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is responsible for providing excellent customer services; ensuring that our tenants have a positive experience throughout their journey with us.
- This role is paying up to £28,000 per annum (pro rota) based on experience.
- Our offices are part of a brand new development of converted farm buildings with free access to a gym and an onsite deli and bakery which are available for staff to use at a discounted rate. The office also has free parking onsite.
- We offer 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays and 5 days off at Christmas (pro rata).

- Previous experience working in an administrative or customer services role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated and positive attitude
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and positively contribute to the team’s objectives
- Confidence in following a process or set of instructions in order to work independently when required
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly to changing or conflicting deadlines and tasks
- Confidence on the phone, speaking with a variety of people including contractors and customers
- Laptop and phone with internet connection

**The Role**

We are looking for someone who is available 4 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am - 6pm. You will need to be located local to our head office in Elkstone (near Cheltenham). The role is office based, but we do support flexible working once training is fully completed.

Reporting to our Customer Relationship Manager, your role will assist with the following:

- Progression of tenancy contracts for new tenants
- Coordinating the resolution of planned and reactive property maintenance
- Managing tenant communications including responding to customers' enquiries and dealing with complaints effectively
- Publishing and agreeing property inventories using an internal system
- Publishing and recovering any end of tenancy property dilapidation costs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week
