Job Introduction

About the Role

Reporting into the Training Systems & Quality Assurance Manager, the successful Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training and business education requests in line with HR policies, service-level agreements and timetables to maximise utilisation. You will also be supporting the competence team with new initiatives and develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you as the successful Training Coordinator will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)

  • Maintaining course information i.e. preferred vendors and course costs
  • Liaising with suppliers and scheduling training dates to meet ongoing business demands
  • Organising internal & external resources as appropriate
  • Identifying employees who are needing refresher training and liaising with training managers to authorise
  • Contacting line managers to allocate employees onto available events
  • Ensuring employee training records are maintained in accordance with compliance standards
  • Raising PO's and goods receipting in line with SLA's and closing out events in their entirety

**Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until December 31st 2026**

  • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Maintain a good level of attention to detail
  • Good practical knowledge and ability in Microsoft packages
  • Able to plan, prioritise and deliver own workload
