Your primary focus will be on increasing customer engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value through the implementation of targeted campaigns, personalized communication, and data-driven insights.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Analytics to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. By leveraging customer data, behaviour patterns, and feedback, you will identify opportunities to optimize CRM initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive long-term loyalty.
