**The Team**

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team are responsible for providing excellent customer services, ensuring that our tenants have a positive experience throughout their journey with us.

**The Role**

We are happy to accommodate requests for a flexible hours. You will need to be located within one hour's travelling time from Cheltenham in order to attend training and internal meetings but we support working from home or a hybrid home/office arrangement should you prefer.

Reporting to our Customer Relationship Manager your role will assist with the following:

- Progression of tenancy contracts for new tenants
- Coordinating the resolution of planned and reactive property maintenance
- Managing tenant communications including responding to customers' enquiries and dealing with complaints effectively
- Facilitating and supporting check ins and check outs by tenants
- Publishing and agreeing property inventories using an internal system
- Publishing and recovering any end of tenancy property dilapidation costs

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an administrative or customer services role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated and positive attitude
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and positively contribute to the team’s objectives
- Confidence in following a process or set of instructions in order to work independently when required
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly to changing or conflicting deadlines and tasks

- This role is paying up to £28,000 per annum (pro rota) based on experience.

- We offer 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays and 5 days off at Christmas (pro rata).
