Job Summary:
**Job Description - OFFICE JUNIOR**

Job Purpose - Responsible for overseeing the daily administrative tasks for the office. Maintaining an efficient, organised and accurate administration function for the business.

Key Responsibilities - Below are key responsibilities relating to your position, the list is not exhaustive but covers your main areas of activity and responsibility.
- Answer and screen all telephone calls. Direct calls and take messages if required.
- Greet visitors upon arrival, and sign in using the Kelio biometric terminal.
- Update company calendar using Outlook.
- Schedule meetings.
- Incoming post - stamp and distribute.
- Outgoing post - take daily mail and samples to the post office, and update sample board.
- Photocopies, scans and maintains filing system.
- Check and update despatch daily for outgoing and incoming goods.
- Sales enquiries - Arrange samples, quotes, etc. - learn product range.
- Update the despatch and purchase order board with raw material orders and packaging.
- Enter supplier delivery notes into despatch.
- Type up minutes from meetings.
- Update despatch with sales order report.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Raise purchase orders for stationery, amenities, cleaning, etc.
- Check purchase orders to order acknowledgements
- Order water bottles for water coolers.
- Stock take and order company uniforms.
- Maintain the filing system.
- General ad-hoc duties.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
