Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Warrington.Role Overview:This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience in quantity surveying within the buildings, mechanical, or electrical sectors. The role will be predominantly office-based with site visits as required.Key Responsibilities:Assisting in cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering processes.Conducting site visits to assess work progress and valuations.Supporting the preparation and submission of financial reports.Assisting with procurement and contract administration.Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Providing support in the management of project costs and variations.Learning and developing skills under the guidance of the Managing Quantity Surveyor.Requirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying.0-2 years of experience in a relevant field (buildings, mechanical, or electrical).Strong analytical and numerical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive environment.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development.Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects.Supportive team environment with mentorship from senior professionals.If you are an ambitious and motivated individual looking to start or develop your career in Quantity Surveying, we would love to hear from youHow to Apply:Please send your CV to Adam Lindsay at Access TG. #J-18808-Ljbffr
