Based in Warrington, they build mid-to-high range open market houses all over the North West and have won Awards for their developments and the business, too. There’s several reasons that this is such a good opportunity and as the Quantity Surveyor cominginto the company you’ll be working alongside an established Commercial team, some of whom have been in the business several years, trusted sub-contractors and partners who again have a close relationship with the company, a pipeline of work that can potentiallydouble their current capacity and a profitable business who are experiencing record sales of their homes - despite the issues of the last few months.
