**The role**

The difference our new Quantity Surveyor will make
As a Quantity Surveyor you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The Quantity Surveyor will be working with key internal stakeholders, client and suppliers/subcontractors to drive both strategic value and operational excellence through all levels of thebusiness.

Day to day, you'll provide support and expertise for a variety of projects, develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and develop a good understanding of the head contract terms and conditions and how these flow down to the Subcontract supplychain.

**Essential experience**:

- Educated to a degree level in Building Services Quantity Surveying or have a general degree in Quantity Surveying
- 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in either oil and gas, nuclear, or infrastructure
- Experienced with NEC3 contracts
