A fantastic opportunity is available for a diligent IT apprentice or junior IT person to join an established UK PPE and Health & Safety clothing specialist company.

The company is looking for a motivated IT & E-commerce Apprentice (or junior IT person) to help modernise and manage the company's online product offering. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn how to manage product data, support business systems, and help keep the website and IT infrastructure running smoothly. You'll gain valuable real-world experience while developing a wide range of digital and IT skills.

Reporting to the IT Manager, this role would include, but not be limited to:

  • Helping to maintain and update the online product catalogue using supplier data.
  • Working with suppliers to gather and upload accurate product information and images.
  • Supporting day-to-day IT needs within the office and warehouse (hardware, software, user accounts).
  • Assisting with website updates, data imports, and integrations.
  • Learning about cybersecurity, data management, and cloud systems.

In addition, the following key skills and experience are desirable:

  • An interest in IT, websites, and digital systems.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 tools.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
