Bid Coordinator

**About The Role**:
As the Bid Coordinator for Atlas FM, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end bid process for cleaning and security tenders. Your role will involve preparing, submitting, and tracking bids in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotes (RFQs), and invitations to tender (ITTs). You will work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure that all bids are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with the company's strategic objectives.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring that all bids are submitted on time and meet the client's requirements.
- Review and analyse RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs to identify key requirements and ensure that all bid responses are compliant.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information, develop solutions, and create compelling proposals that differentiate Atlas FM from the competition.
- Coordinate and review bid content, including executive summaries, technical proposals, pricing, and contracts, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage bid production, including printing, binding, and distribution of final documents.
- Maintain bid tracking systems, including bid library, opportunity pipeline, and competitor analysis.
- Participate in post-bid debriefs and reviews to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and upcoming opportunities.
**About You**:
**Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required**
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Desirable)
**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role**
- 3+ years of experience in bid coordination or related role.
- Experience in the facilities management industry, particularly in cleaning and security services, is desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
