We are looking for an innovative **Procurement Coordinator **to join our friendly and dynamic Operations Team to help us accelerate the process of signing contracts with our blue-chip financial clients and further driving our company growth. You will join us** **on a **full-time, permanent basis **and in** **return, you will receive a** competitive salary of £50,000 per annum plus benefits.**

**The **Procurement Coordinator role**:
This **Procurement Coordinator **role is a critical part of our commercial engine, ensuring that all stakeholders and contributors to our contracting process are informed, coordinated, supported and guided to get our contracts drafted and over the line.

You will be an upbeat and positive people person with a keen attention to detail who loves organising lots of moving parts and ‘getting the job done’

**Responsibilities of our Procurement Coordinator include**:

- Expedite the process of formal engagement with our clients
- Liaise with clients & colleagues to collate all required contractual inputs
- Use Word, Excel and PDF templates to create professional bespoke documents
- Conduct ongoing digital ‘housekeeping’ across a range of knowledge assets
- Work with client procurement and legal teams to resolve issues arising
- Engage external service providers for expertise such as data protection law
- Coordinate responses to client due-diligence requests and contract maintenance

**What we are looking for in our Procurement Coordinator**:
**Your Knowledge & Experience**:

- 3+ years working in a similar role with proven successful outcomes
- Some exposure to / knowledge of contract law and procurement processes
- Direct experience of financial sector client / vendor contractual matters
- Experience working on due diligence requests within the technology sector
- Familiarity with information security matters and accreditations (e.g. ISO 27K)
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software architecture and networking
- Experience working with lawyers, accountants, IT experts & similar professionals
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and/or risk & control environments would be useful
- Proven attention to detail on multiple concurrent & fast-moving projects

**Your Skills & Abilities**:

- Power-user of Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
- Project management skills
- Collaboration & teamwork skills
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Hands-on skills with business software such as Freshdesk, Jira, Teamwork, Salesforce
- Personable, cheerful and persuasive
- An understanding of legal drafting would be advantageous
- Experience with Dropbox would be useful
- Fluent spoken and written English
- A natural problem-solver
- Technically savvy
- Critical thinker
- Quick learner
