Procurement Coordinator

As our Procurement Coordinator/Category Buyer you will be responsible for appointing and managing the vendors within the FM categories, including hard and soft facilities, waste services and professional services. You will provide support to our operational teams, so excellent communication skills are required as you'll be working with a variety of stakeholders on a day to day.
This role is a great opportunity to work closely with our Head of Procurement on a day-to-day basis and develop your procurement career. You'll be joining a growing and fun business, The opportunity represents the chance to really make the role your own as we add new processes and procedure. There is fantastic opportunity for growth and development as well.
**Main responsibilities**
- Manage vendors and products.
- Onboards vendors according to IQ's supplier protocol. Maintains vendor's onboarding information up to date, including insurances, certifications and memberships.
- Supports the operational, property and capex teams on all matters related to the categories.
- Interacts with the suppliers on a day to day basis and owns supplier contracts, reviewing performance periodically.
- Produce procurement plans collaboratively with stakeholders and customers.
- Supports the Head of Procurement in production of departmental reports.
- Works collaboratively with other members of the procurement team as well as wider teams to achieve results.
**Skills & Experience required**
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident with working on various software packages
- Some experience within a procurement (not essential)
