Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Greater London for a Procurement Coordinator. The role involves managing and processing purchase orders, sourcing and coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring procurement activities align with project timelines. The Procurement Coordinator will collaborate across teams, analyze market trends, and maintain effective lines of communication with stakeholders to achieve optimal purchasing outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and managing Purchase Orders
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess costs, budgets, and supplier performance
  • Effective Communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in procurement software and familiarity with supply chain management best practices
  • Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus
