Age UK is recruiting for a **Procurement Coordinator**to work in our Group Finance division. This is a newly created post for Age UK and will play a critical role within the Procurement team.

This is a great opportunity for a talented person with excellent administrative and organisational skills, who is experienced in managing a varied and wide range of administrative tasks at the same time.

As **Procurement Coordinator**, you will co-ordinate with Age UK's outsourced procurement-as-a-service (PAAS) provider to action and manage Age UK's procurement activities and projects.

You will also act as the point of contact for internal queries between Age UK stakeholders and the PAAS provider or direct with suppliers and as the point of contact between Age UK and its insurance broker and manage communications relating to claims andqueries.

Within this role you will supervise the progress and executive of the charity's Request for Quote and tender activities through weekly catch ups with the external team. With high attention to detail, you will draft simple procurement documents and evaluationframeworks and manage the end-to-end procurement process on lower value procurement projects.

Utilising excellent communication skills, you will also support the renewal process of the Age UK's group insurance policies where you will support senior management in planning the purchase of the organisation's group insurances and provide ongoing supportto Age UK staff for procurement systems and processes.

**As this is a Hybrid role, some travel to our London co-working hub is required, we have a modern workspace nearby the Tower of London.**

**You will have**:
