Night Supervisor

We operate a collection of Hotels, Serviced Apartments and Aparthotels across the cities of London & Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity to join the team in Waterloo. We're looking for a self starter to lead and motivate their teams across multiple departments. We are now looking for a Night Supervisor to join our Front of House team in our Aparthotel, to deliver consistent service excellence for our guests and oversee the operation overnight.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Our Night Supervisor will be a natural people person and will be able to create positive experiences for their guests. Their typical duties include:

- Supervise night shift operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage and motivate night shift employees to achieve performance targets and meet deadlines
- Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes
- Monitor facility security and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift
- Communicate effectively with other departments and management to coordinate activities and optimize workflow
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Oversee the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms for scheduled events, ensuring all audiovisual equipment, furniture, and amenities are in place and functioning correctly.
- Coordinate and supervise the setup of breakfast service according to established standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of items as needed.
- Assist with guest inquiries and requests during the night shift, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the breakfast area and meeting rooms to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues, taking appropriate action to address them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the night shift.

**What Do you Need?**

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
