We sell online via our in-house developed e-commerce platform and other online sales channels alongside selling to vehicle manufacturers/importers, car dealerships and distributors worldwide.**

**About the Role**

We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in English and German (any additional language especially Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian are welcome) to join our most customer obsessed team in our DERBY office.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

What you will do:

- Answer general, written, customer service queries via ticketing system within SLA times

(Zendesk)
- Answering incoming calls to ensure our high level of service is maintained
- Take ownership of post-sale customer queries. Working with other teams to find a resolution
- Manage a caseload of sales through to completion. Including handling return documentation

**Requirements**:
You will have:

- A history of providing consistently excellent customer service
- An organised working style with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload
- A friendly, positive personality with a willingness to work hard as part of an enthusiastic team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adapt to new processes and systems quickly
- A desire to achieve customer focused resolutions

**It is essential that you are fluent in both English and German with ideally 1 years previous experience of working in a customer service environment.**

**Work pattern**:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am-3 pm

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
