**About Our Client**:
My client is a leading drinks manufacturer based in Derby. They lead the soft drinks world in providing to leading supermarkets through their high quality products.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Answering all calls from our business customers in a timely, polite and professional manner
- Providing high levels of customer service, including handling customer queries
- Acting as a central point of contact to process orders, according to customer's agreed lead-times
- Providing a central point of contact for first call resolution of distribution queries
- Capturing and managing all orders for allocated customers, ensuring these are processed efficiently and accurately, and to company deadlines
- Liaising with Supply Chain on stock availability and delivery queries and feeding back to customers, as necessary
- Ensuring that our customers and the Sales team are kept informed of order progress and any changes to the order delivery schedules, through the logistics escalation process
- Investigating and reporting order discrepancies and failed deliveries, working with the Logistics team to resolve any issues
**The Successful Applicant**:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good communication - both verbal and written
- Computer literate (in Microsoft Office)
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Can work with colleagues to support the activities of the business
- Able to start and complete activities within time frames
- Can evaluate facts and recommend appropriate decisions
- Good attention to detail
