We are currently looking to recruit a Stores Team Leader to work within our Club Assembly Department. This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based at our head office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Leading, coaching and mentoring your staff to a high standard, ensuring products and materials are received, stored, issued and delivered to internal and external customers - safely, accurately inline with the required timescales and quality standards.

**For this role you will need to be able to**:

- Manage, motivate your team ensuring all company requirements with regards to the safety, quality, performance and compliance are adhered to.
- Receiving, storing, picking, allocating and putting away products and material in a safe, accurate and timely manner ensuring they remain to required quality standard.
- Take ownership for delivering of KPI’s and working within budgetary controls.
- Investigate and resolve supplier and stock queries informing supply chain
- Support in the training and development of new personnel and the team to ensure they have the right skill set to meet the needs of the business.
- Attend functional and business meetings as required and support other departments in order to meet Company objectives.
- Collaboration and flexibility within the department

**What you can already do**:

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate competently at all levels.
- Have attention to detail and the desire to drive continual improvement projects.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Have previous experience of working in a Team Leader role
- Have an understanding of Warehouse Management & Operating Systems
- Be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mail.
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Be able to identify opportunities for improvement and be able to implement the changes required to deliver these benefits
- An interest or passion for golf would be advantageous.

Training will be provided on internal computer systems.
