**Customer Service Advisor (9 month fixed term contract) - Hybrid in Darwen**

Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you’ll work Monday to Friday, **just 37 hours a week**, no weekends or evenings No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training **We offer a basic salary of** **£24,000 p/a**. This is a 9-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Initially you will work from our office in Darwen, with convenient transport links and free parking, alongside our welcoming and supportive team. Once you’re feeling confident and your training and probation period is complete, **this role will become hybrid if you wish**, where you’ll have the option to work just 3 days in the office and 2 days from home every week.

**So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?**
- Be the first point of contact for all client and insurer queries and proactively support with policy renewals and new business.
- Support with administration duties such as invoicing, accounts, claims, underwriting.
- You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives.
