**What will you be doing as a Customer Services Advisor**:
Working as part of a team that is based either from home or in the office, you will be assisting customers dealing with insurance claims Duties will include:
Handling phone queries from policy holders

Liaising with insurance companies and loss adjusters

Handling queries from customers, retail companies, insurers and other organisations

Processing paperwork for retail partners

Accurately updating customer records, ensuring all relevant paperwork is placed in the correct claim file

Collating relevant information form retail partners to ensure claims processed promptly

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience**:
Previous office based phone experience such as contact centre

Supportive and empathetic to assist customers

Excellent communication skills

Friendly, positive and upbeat team player
