As an internal sales executive you will be the first point of internal contact for all customer queries as well as proactively developing business within the UK. You will look to add to the customer base by contacting prospective customers, and tracking upcoming requirements to maximise any opportunities.

**Duties**:
The ability to ensure that customers are given the highest level of customer service.

Provide a full portfolio of account management services including pricing, margin considerations and managing orders.

Following up on quotations and management of the sales pipeline.

Acting as the first point of internal contact for all customer queries.

Proactively developing new business within a UK region.

**Qualifications/Training**:
Microsoft / Opera and CRM software experience - ideal

Previous experience B2B / telesales experience

Construction knowledge essential

Experience of costing and pricing.
