A Customer Service Coordinator is required for our busy, expanding manufacturing client based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

The Customer Service Coordinator role is fast-paced and can be high pressured at times. So your resilience, agility and ownership skills are key to this role, though you will receive support from a very friendly team.

The client supplies in to national housebuilders and developers.

**The Role**:

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain a database of customer information.
- Escalate technical queries to the appropriate team.
- Checking product availability.
- Involvement in customer feedback liaising with Installation Supervisor or sales team to improve the business service.
- Work within the sales team.
- Prepare detailed estimates from architect and kitchen furniture manufacturers' plans and drawings.
- Discuss requirements with potential customers and suppliers.
- Schedule in dates with customers.

**Preferred skills, knowledge and experience**:

- Have worked in a similar environment.
- Computer literacy is essential including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work accurately and to tight deadlines.

**The role will be based working in our offices in Worcester and Eardiston.**

Permanent, Full time position
Monday to Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 8-4pm

**Salary**: £20,000 - £26,000 per year

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
