**Customer 'Service Advisor**

Daymark are specialists in the design and production of high-quality self-adhesive labels, stickers and tags to a diverse range of industries. Continued growth means we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process orders placed online and raise picking lists.
- Advise of order status/delivery dates.
- Query delivery issues with couriers and update customers.
- Work closely with management/sales team to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers.
- Log & respond to customer complaints.
- Meet regularly with team lead to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response times and tools to improve experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good administration skills
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate confidence in speaking to customers via telephone.

**Training and Development**:
We will provide on the job training for all aspects of this role, as part of your employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
