Job Title: Sales and Admin Event Assistant
Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- **Liaising with Potential Clients and Wedding Coordinators**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from potential clients and wedding coordinators.
- Communicate effectively to understand their event needs and provide information about our services.
- **Qualifying and Quantifying Leads**:
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
- Quantify leads based on potential event size, budget, and timeline.
- **Working Closely with Marketing Team**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Provide feedback on client interactions to refine marketing messages and approaches.
- **Booking and Taking Consultations**:
- Schedule and book consultations with potential clients to discuss their event needs.
- Conduct consultations to understand client preferences, upselling services where possible.
- **Setting up Tables for Final Details Appointments**:
- Prepare and set up tables to present to clients during final details appointments.
- Ensure all elements are arranged according to the client's vision and event specifications.
- **Attending Open Days and Wedding Fairs**:
- Represent the company at open days and wedding fairs to showcase services and network with potential clients.
- Gather leads and follow up with prospective clients after events.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, invoices, and event proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, including warehouse team members and event stylists, to deliver seamless events.

- Quick thinking and resourcefulness to address client inquiries and resolve issues during event planning and execution.

- Ability to contribute creative ideas and solutions to meet client expectations and enhance event experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
