**Your Role**:
As a Customer Sales Advisor in our dynamic call centre, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success. Here’s what you'll be doing:

- **Customer Engagement**: Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on sales. You’ll not just sell products; you'll provide solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- **Relationship Building**: Connect with new and existing customers, establishing trust and rapport to foster long-term relationships.
- **Sales Strategy**: Utilize your skills to re-engage lapsed clients, cross-sell, and identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- **Consistent Service Excellence**: Be the reliable point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-quality service at every interaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team to meet and exceed targets, sharing insights and strategies for continual improvement.
