Company Description
Chubb Fire and Security are looking to recruit a talented and motivated **Telesales Agent** to join our busy and growing Sales Recommendations Team in **Blackburn (BB1 2PR).**

You will be responsible for converting warm leads generated following engineer attendance to existing customer sites and updating the clients records with any successful conversion so that the team can process in a timely manner. You will also be expected to support the wider team where required in order to meet peaks in demand.

**Job Description**:

- Calling nominated contacts at our client’s sites / organisations
- Highlighting any outstanding Sales Recommendations helping the Client to decide whether to Proceed
- Informing and coaching the client on the reason for the recommendation and potential impact of not proceeding with the works.
- Updating the in-house software system to log all Sales activity and to report Successful conversions and declines.
- Some support of the wider team may be required from time to time and may include:
**Qualifications**:

- Have a proven Sales background
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong Telephone sales skills
- Able to work on own initiative but with appropriate direction and supervision
- Resilient - Able to remain positive and engaged, accepting rejection without it effecting motivation and objectivity.
- Have good level of IT literacy, especially Excel.
- Self Motivated and Customer Focused
