We are looking for confident individuals who are money motivated, enjoys working in a target driven environment and has worked in a sales environment previously. As this role is phone based (Inbound & outbound), you will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively question customers in order to establish their needs. This role offers a great working environment with regular incentives, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their sales skills further.

**The Job**:

- Making outbound calls to customers who have already shown an interest in our online products to complete a sale.
- Receiving inbound calls to assist, advise and persuade customers to purchase our online products.
- Delivering a quality consistent service to customers.
- Calling up lapsed clients, cross selling & maximising sales.

Hours of work:
9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

No weekend or evening work.

Have you got the following experience or skills?

Previous experience of working in a sales environment

Ideally phone-based sales experience

Ability to question effectively in order to identify a client's needs.

Excellent communication skills

A passion for exceeding targets

Effective time management

£10.50 ph + Uncapped commission with OTE of £25k plus

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)
