Admin/customer Service Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Administrators to join a rapidly expanding Blackburn based company. We are looking for Administration experts - ideally from fast paced, energetic background who thrive on being busy, busy, busy The company is undergoing rapid expansion and boasts a fantastic culture and ethos.
This is a key role supporting the customer services team to deliver first class outstanding Administrative & Customer Service support within a busy environment. You will be assisting with general administration duties; therefore, the ideal Administrator will need to demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work.
Duties
- General administration tasks
- Dealing with customers via telephone
- Data entry and order processing
- Meeting achievable targets
- Full training will be provided
**Required Skills**:
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Excellent communication skills with a positive telephone manner (written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Must be comfortable working within defined Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels
- Passionate about client/customer service with a positive approach to dealing with people
Pay - £10.50 ph
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm (no weekend work)
Free onsite parking
Immediate start available
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
