**Exciting opportunity for an experienced FOH memeber to join a new cafe/bar in Ancoats**
- **Mule**_ **is a beautifully designed cafe/bar in the heart of Ancoats, serving coffee and brunch by day and then turning into **_**LUCKY **_**Ramen & Sushi**_ **at night. It has a welcoming, relaxed style, with a heavy focus on friendly and engaging customer service.**

**As part of a small FOH team, you will play a key role across all aspects, including serving customers & table service as well as making drinks at a high standard. You should also be able to maintain an organised and tidy work area at all times.**

**What are we looking for in our team members?**
- **Mixology, including all classic cocktails and ability to quickly pick up house specs**:
