**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily testing on assigned projects
- Review and understand requirements, addressing any issues
- Plan and execute test activities for quality assurance
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing, ensuring compatibility with legacy and external systems
- Ensure thorough testing coverage and identify potential issues
- Prioritize work to meet project deadlines and detect major defects
- Mentor other QA team members as needed
- Work closely with the project team, including developers and business analysts
- Support business users and UAT testers with advice and queries
- Manage QA testing project deliverables to a professional standard
- Communicate effectively with the team, including writing clear test plans and cases
- Think creatively and challenge norms

**Desired Qualifications & Skills**:

- ISEB/ISTQB certification in software testing or similar
- Experience leading projects as a team or independently
- Knowledge/experience with Selenium automation
- Coding experience in C#
- Strong experience with SQL to query databases
- Experience testing across multiple platforms
- Strong API testing
- Ability to review test plans/cases with cross-functional team members
