Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Tester with the added responsibility of occasional customer service support. As a QA Tester, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality of our game across various platforms, including mobile, console, and Switch. In addition to testing and reporting issues to the development team, you'll lend your expertise to assist the customer service team, gaining valuable insights into player experiences and addressing their concerns effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough manual testing of new features prior to release.
- Generate detailed bug reports utilizing tools like JIRA to document issues.
- Foster close collaboration with the development team to continually enhance product quality.
- Prioritize and manage the bug backlog to expedite resolution of critical issues.

- A motivated individual with an acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in gaming across diverse platforms.
- Familiarity with Pool, Snooker, and Cue Sports.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey issues to the development team.
- Comfortable adhering to communication protocols while assisting the customer service team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
