**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly to our relevant software system
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures.
- Experience using any CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,880.00-£23,710.00 per year
