Office Administration Assistant

Office Administration Assistant required for our manufacturing client based in Brierley Hill. We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator who can work with our administration team in providing administration support to our manufacturing & sales teams and liaise with our clients in a professional and friendly manner.
**This is an exciting opportunity to join a small friendly team where you will provide a range of administration support including**:
- Using analytical skills to assess our customer demands & sales forecasts
- Make informed purchasing decisions in order to ensure purchase orders on selected vendors are placed and progressed on time
- Order processing & procurement of stock from supply chain
- Regular telephone contact with our client base to update and deal with queries
- Update MRP / CRM system effectively
- Resolve purchasing invoice queries Updating material prices in the system
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Previous experience of providing Administration support within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Proven competence in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word products Experience in using MRP / CRM systems
**Working Hours: 39 Hours Monday to Friday**
**Salary: £21000 to £23000 depending on experience.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
