Are you looking to get into HR?
My client is a Financial Planning firm based on the eastern outskirts of Norwich. At present they are seeking a HR Assistant to assist their long standing HR Manager with their day to day duties.
You do not need any former HR experience; my client is looking for someone looking to forge a career in HR and you must have a great attitude and strong work ethic. You must also act with discretion in an environment, where confidentiality is key. You mustbe computer literate and confident speaking with people.
You will assist the HR Manager with their general day to day tasks, primarily admin’ based items, involving such things as
- Arranging training and booking courses
- Processing new joiners and occasionally leavers
- Adding peoples details to internal systems and ensuring systems are kept up to date
- Processing holiday and sick pay
- General internal correspondence
- Arranging training and booking courses
**BENEFITS**
Holiday is 25 days + BH’s
Pension is 4% matched employee contribution, and the scheme is with Super Trust
Office hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday. Flexibility on hours is available, you can arrive between 8 and 10 and leave between 16:00 and 18:00
