Your new company Hays is partnering with a local council who are seeking an HR Assistant to join their busy team based in Norwich. This is a temporary position to last until the end of January, although the vacancy is likely to be extended. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload. Your new role Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including on-boarding/ exit interviews Broad spectrum of HR administration Assisting with HR enquiries from the wider business Updating HR records and HR database What you'll need to succeed At least 6 months HR experience is essential. Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this.
