**Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the day-to-day operation of the HR team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare and issue all contractual documentation in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to all first and second-line queries promptly and professionally.
- Take accountability for resolving queries relating to the full employee lifecycle.
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, by providing administrative support as needed.
- Ensure all employee documentation is kept up-to-date, compliant, and accurately maintained in the HR Information System (HRIS). This includes maintaining records of employee contracts, performance evaluations, and other pertinent documents. Maintain data integrity within the HRIS by updating, cleansing, and conducting general maintenance activities regularly. Ensure confidence in HR data by adhering to established protocols and procedures. -Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
**Key Skills
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Understanding of HR processes and procedures, including employee lifecycle management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with HR team members and other departments to achieve common goals. Ability to provide support to colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
This role is partime - four days between Monday and Friday
