Timberwise is a leading and successful property preservation company, inspecting and providing cost effective damp and timber remediation to all types of property nationwide. Health and Safety is of paramount importance to our business and we are now looking to recruit an EHS Administration Assistant to join our team at Head Office in Northwich.

As an EHS Administration Assistant your role will include:

- Support with EHS communications
- Filing and recording H&S training
- Monitoring and maintaining H&S training records
- Completing of pre-qualification questionnaires using standardised text
- Maintaining SSIP accreditations
- Filing and logging safety observation cards
- Monitoring and maintaining incident trackers
- Monitoring H&S device trackers
- Filing and recording PPE and asset allocations
- Working closely with HR Admin in respect of new starters

As an EHS Administation Assistant you will be:

- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude
- Ability to be confidential
- IT and Office Software Literate including spreadsheets and presentation software

Hours of work are 25 hours per week
