Depot Administration Apprentice

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- To complete an Level 3 in Business Administration
- To access and use an in house Transport Management System
- Utilise a variety of excel spreadsheets inputting accurate data
- To assist in all areas of general administration within warehouse, fleet, Customer service and the planning environment
- To ensure correct and up to date information is input onto the Shop Floor Management board
- Answering calls coming into the warehouse from suppliers, clients and other depots
7. To marry up ‘Goods In’ paperwork on the system and file accordingly
- Assist warehouse administrator with De Briefs and file/archive
- Adhere to all Health & Safety Policies for the depot
- To provide information and assist the Call Centre and Customer Services team in a timely fashion when requested in order to answer client and/or customer queries.
- To assist with Stock enquiries and Audits when appropriate
- To assist with the planning department to gain knowledge of the whole distribution process
**Other Duties**
This list is not exhaustive and any other duties as advised to be carried out in an accurate and timely manner as skill sets develop.
**Skills**
Skills required for this role are:
1. Strong IT skills with the ability to Operate Word, Excel and Outlook
2. High level of organisation and time management skills
3. Attention to detail and accuracy of data submitted
4. Ability to adapt to different processes and task
5. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
6. Desire to progress with a large corporation.
