**We are seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator in Felixstowe.**

In joining Nicholas Estates you will be part of a successful, dynamic sales team with a strong desire for growth and expansion, dedicated to meeting the needs of its valued clients.

As a trainee sales negotiator you will learn to maintain a database of applicants, undertake property viewings, provide viewing feedback and negotiate offers. Whilst at all times looking for new opportunities to promote our full range of services to each person you regularly contact.

- a full driving licence is essential.
- Whilst this is a trainee role Local area and property industry knowledge preferred

**Starting Salary £18,000 with OTE of £25,000**

**Working week**

Monday - Friday - 0900 - 1730 (day off in Lieu)

Saturday - 0900 - 1500
