Nicholas Estates are seeking an office administrator/ Trainee Negotiator to join our Felixstowe team and undertake the following duties...
- Type up of property details from dictaphone and hand written notes. inc. adding pictures to a database.
- Ability to elaborate the language used in the write up to describe a property in its best light.
- Produce and issue notification of sale documents to vendors, buyers and their respective solicitors
- Open client files and remain GDPR compliant in the use and storage of client data such as ID, proof of funds, mortgage offer in principles, and anti-money laundering checks.
- Present an excellent telephone manner and customer service in dealing with inbound enquiries and registering new applicants.
- Consistently maintain excellent diary management skill in the booking/confirming of appointments for colleagues.
- Carrying our accompanied viewings.
- Other ADHOC duties, as required.

We look forward to a successful applicant joining our central Felixstowe branch.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All in office COVID guidance complied with. Locked door policy in place.
