Payroll Implementation Consultant

A market leading global company providing payroll and HR software solutions and payroll managed services, is offering interesting and varied roles for payroll implementation consultants. Work with a variety of clients in different industries as part of afriendly, collaborative and supportive team. Home based with travel to client sites in the UK up to a few days a month. Ideally you will be an experienced client facing payroll implementation consultant looking to further develop your career. Alternativelywe can also offer mentoring and development to people with excellent payroll knowledge and experience of internal payroll implementations, who demonstrate aptitude for systems work. You will:
- implement payroll solutions for clients in varied sectors, from 100 employee companies to large corporations with thousands of employees.
- analyse client business processes, document requirements for the new payroll solution
- hands on configure the payroll software to meet client needs
- oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel runs
- hold remote meetings and also travel to client sites around the UK for face to face meetings and workshops
- troubleshoot issues and hand over to BAU support
- work on several client implementations concurrently
- build relationships with clients and users within client companies
- develop your experience and take on more responsibility and more complex projects over time
- receive mentoring, training and development to build your continued success as a consultant
You will be provided with ongoing training and mentoring tailored to your level of experience. Be part of a sociable, supportive team with regular video meetings and colleague and manager support. Home based plus some travel to client sites.
