**JOB SUMMARY**

Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a Technology Implementation Consultant based in the UK ideally at one of our offices. Reporting to the Technical Solutions Senior Manager, you will perform tasks to support implementation and configuration of client requirements within Calero software platform. You will partner with Technology Business Consultants and the client to obtain and document requirements. You will also support internal configuration requirements in line within business needs. To be successful in this role, you will commit to maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES**
- Performs standard configuration of Calero software platform
- Support the Technical Support team in helpdesk ticket resolution
- Support system upgrades (single tenant)
- Create and submit knowledge articles for review
- Provide training in-line with achieved skillset
- Partner with professional services to ensure alignment against client objectives and needs

**EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION**
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience (a combination of education and experience will be considered)

**EXPERIENCE**
- System data import and export
- Standard workflow creation and maintenance
- Custom report creation and maintenance
- Dashboard creation and maintenance

**SKILLS**
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- SQL
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Windows
